At FITBEE, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent experience for users while connecting them with a wide range of trusted health-focused brands. Since FITBEE functions as a marketplace platform, the responsibility for product quality, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and refunds lies primarily with the respective independent brands listed on the platform.
We encourage all users to carefully read and understand the policies of each brand before making a purchase, as these policies may vary from one brand to another.
FITBEE is an online e-commerce marketplace platform and operates strictly as an “Intermediary” under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. FITBEE provides a discovery and transaction enablement platform connecting independent third-party sellers/brands with consumers. FITBEE does not manufacture, stock, own, sell, or directly ship any products listed on the platform. All commercial and contractual terms, including product quality, statutory compliance, and order fulfillment, are bipartite agreements between the respective independent brand and the buyer.
Since all shipments originate from independent brand warehouses, all eligible physical returns and reverse logistics (RTO) are routed directly back to the respective brand’s designated origin facility. FITBEE acts strictly as a facilitating platform to record and forward your return requests to the seller. The evaluation, processing, and ultimate approval of any return, exchange, or replacement request are governed by the specific brand’s fulfillment policies and are managed directly between the consumer and the seller.
- Timeline: While processing is initiated promptly upon approval, please allow 5 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on bank settlement cycles. FITBEE ensures all approved financial reversals are seamlessly coordinated via our authorized payment gateway partners.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: Customers must record a single, continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the completely sealed outer courier package showing the shipping label clearly. If the package is found damaged, leaked, or incorrect upon opening, this video serves as the primary proof. No claims will be entertained without an unboxing video.
- Tamper-Evident Seals: Due to hygiene, health, and consumer safety laws regarding dietary supplements, any product whose safety seal, inner foil, or outer box shrink-wrap has been broken, peeled, or opened cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
- Timeline: Any defect, damage, or missing item must be reported via our support email within 24 hours of successful delivery.
- Cancellation Deadline: Customers can only request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, or before the brand generates the shipping manifest/AWB, whichever is earlier.
- Post-Dispatch Policy: Once a product has been handed over to the courier partner or a tracking ID has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled, rerouted, or stopped.
- How to Cancel: To initiate a cancellation within the allowed window, users must instantly send an email to support@fitbee.in with their Order ID. If eligible, the payment reversal will be processed back to the original payment method in accordance with Section 3.
All shipping, pickup, and reverse logistics (if applicable) are managed by the respective brands. FITBEE does not handle physical product movement or logistics operations. Delivery and return timelines are dependent on the brand and their logistics partners.
Return Destination Clause: In the event of an approved return, the product must strictly be sent back to the designated origin warehouse of the manufacturing/shipping brand. Do not ship any items back to FITBEE’s billing office or corporate address. FITBEE will not be responsible for any packages returned to an incorrect address without a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) email from our support desk.
7. Support Assistance
FITBEE provides a dedicated customer support desk (support@fitbee.in) solely to facilitate smooth communication and dispute resolution between the consumer and the independent brand. FITBEE does not assume any direct liability or consumer warranty for the products sold by third-party sellers. In case of any delivery discrepancies, damaged items, or fulfillment delays, our support team will assist the buyer in escalating the matter to the respective brand for resolution based on the verified evidence submitted (such as the mandatory unboxing video).
- Independent Brand Enforcement: The purchase is made directly from an independent third-party brand. All physical post-purchase processes including product quality, order fulfillment, shipping, and cancellations are governed strictly by the respective brand’s individual policies.
- Finality of Safety Terms: All return or refund claims are subject to the mandatory security verifications outlined in Section 4 of this policy. FITBEE and its integrated brands reserve the absolute legal right to reject any claim that does not provide a valid unboxing video or involves a product with a broken hygiene seal.
- Platform Limitation of Liability: FITBEE acts strictly as a technology platform for discovery and transaction facilitation. FITBEE’s financial liability is strictly confined to facilitating approved payment reversals back through our authorized payment gateway partners in accordance with Section 3 of this document.
